One of most multinational guarding company open the vacations for Recruitment Assistant Manager with the folowing
qualification Requirements : 
 • Male Min. 35 years old
 • S1 degree major Psychology/Law/Management or equivalent experience
 • Minimum 3 years experience as. a HR Assistant Manager (preferable from Hospitality industry)
 • Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Recruitment process, Hiring, Counseling, and Training
 • Excellent knowledge for depth interview (preferable for Behavioral Event Interview)
 • Capable to designed competencies for all level
 • People & relationship management skills
 • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
 • Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
 • Problem solving skills, dynamic, result oriented, mature and committed finish the task
 • Fluent in English both written and oral is a must
 • Competent in computer literate (Microsoft-Office) and HR Applications
