Job Discription In Brief

Title: Senior Administrator

Reporting to: General Manager

The company is responsible for the sales and distribution of a range of materials to the refractory, ceramics and construction industry. These products are produced in various countries in Europe and the business is expanding to incorporate products from various parts of Asia .

At this time the company is very small with just 4 staff and the position now available is for an experienced administrator to take care of the daily activities of the company.

Purpose:

The position exists to provide full administrative support for the company. The successful candidate will have a proven record in running a small office.

Duties include:

- Monthly tax reporting.
- Monthly balancing of finacial statements. (The company is currently running Accurate Accounting program).
- Import documentation and procedures.
- Maintaining company licenses.
- Office cash control.
- Invoicing and statements.
- Procurement and distribution.
- Train and monitor new staff as the company expands.

Qualifications:

The applicant will have office administrative experience (perhaps min of 5 years) and a broad understanding of accounts and book keeping. She will most likely have completed secretarial and/or accounting basics at college level. As this position also requires regular contact with the customer there is a prerequisite for good communication skills. As the Administrator will be working alone initially it is essential that she be self motivated and capable of working under pressure at times.
