Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for managing communications programs for IndoPacific Edelman's blue chip technology clients. He/She will be involved in planning and implementation of media and other stakeholder communication programs for clients. The incumbent will also be responsible for account management for assigned clients in terms of budgeting, financial management and business development.  The consultant at this position will be required to interact with senior level management of the firm's clients.

Requirements:
- Active/fluent English is a MUST.

- Five years experience in Accounting
- Familiar with accounting software and office package application

Tasks
- To make system planning, implementation and control for company financial report system for easier analysis
- To check and review every financial transaction recorded in AR and AP
- To analyze the position of AR and AP percentage for establishment of positive cash flow
- To check master of AR and AP submitted by Accounting Staffs for balance statement establishment.
- To assist any activity or task from other department that relates to any financial transaction or any activity or task assigned by immediate/line manager

Responsibility and Competence
- Responsible for every balance statement reported to Finance Manager and Board of Directors
- Responsible for all financial transaction record and invoicing verification submitted by vendor or client especially for the completeness of document
- Be competent to determine periodical debt payment recapitulation report to Finance Manager and Board of Directors
- Be competent to make some rule of payment system for every company vendor or partner

The appointed Head of Accounting will report to Finance Manager and Board of Directors.
