They are looking for a senior person who are coming from a financial services company to heads up it's corporate as the HEAD OF COLLECTION.
HEAD OF COLLECTION
- Creating effective management and the results of Collection Team
- Ensuring the implementation in order so that business objectives
are achieved accordingly
- Monthly Performance Management Action Plan to improve Collections
each month.
- Conduct regular through Audits on Collections activity
- Manage the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of all
Credit Collection division
- Work together with Finance on opening and maintaining payment
- Assist subordinates in meeting the performance plans targets.
