HR Executive Marketing

Requirements:
• Min 25 years old
• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management
• Having 1 years of experience in Human Resources related matters will be advantage
• Fresh graduate welcome
• Knowledge of Human Resources Management
• Have an excellent communication both oral and written English, and presentation skills
• Have excellent teamwork, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefit Specialist

Requirements:
• Min 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Psychology/Economy
• Min. having 2 years of which is in Compensation & Benefit, preferably with manufacturing or consumer goods industries
• Experience in salary survey report using different methods: data collection, interface with provider, interpretation and implementation
• Computer literate, presentation skill and administrative abilities
• Strong personality, self motivation, honest, hard-working and able to work independently or in a team
• Have an excellent communication both oral and written English, and presentation skills

Performance Management Specialist

Requirements:
• Min 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Psychology/Management
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Conduct Performance Management System implementation
• Facilitate the Organization Changing as well as Organization Performance
• Design the KPIs and some key success criteria
• Conduct HR Assessment & survey
• Establish & monitoring HR procedures
• Ability to develop written briefing materials, reports and performance management issues.
• Computer literate, presentation skill and administrative abilities
• Strong personality, self motivation, honest, hard-working and able to work independently or in a team
• Have an excellent communication both oral and written English, and presentation skills
