Vacancy Executive Secretary plastic sheet manufacturer

Our client, an ISO-certified plastic sheet manufacturer with global presence in international markets is currently looking for several candidates to be positioned as Executive Secretary. With qualifications as for above positions follows:

1. D3/S1 Secretary / Management / Administration.
2. Female, 30 – 40 years old.
3. Highly fluent in English, Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
4. Minimum 5 years experience as Secretary to Top Management and/or Business Owner.
5. Proficiency in Office management, Document handling and Travel arrangement.
6. Have good communications, strong time management, analytical thinking.
7. Excellent in Computer (MS Office).
8. Will be based in Jl. M.H. Thamrin area.
