Urgent Requirement: Head of Collection

We are a Multinational Executive Search Company which has established relevant track record in providing executive search services for a wide variety of sectors and industries.

At the moment we are doing a research for our client, one of the top multifinance company which provides credit facility for retail products such as; Computers, Electronics, and Household appliences. They are looking for senior person for the position of HEAD OF COLLECTION.

HEAD OF COLLECTION

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all collection support activities
- Managing, leading, developing and motivating the team of Collections
- Responsible to identify Collection department risks and ensure
appropriate controls are embedded in the day to-day operation
- Setting up Collection Operation and Cost Controlling
- Ensure Collection Compliance issues if any are followed up
adequately and timely manner.
- Provide assistance and recommendations for improving credit
policies, processes and procedures
- Ensure effective query resolution to maximise collection potential

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in collection area
- Have previous exposure of managing a large team within this area.
- Have the ability to manage a team through a period of change whilst
ensuring consistent delivery of results
- Having experience in retail financial service company would be an
advantage
