the company is searching for professional who thrive on creating and have the
challenge and passion to win, as:
1. HR & People Development Assistant Manager (HR-01-1)
The incumbent will be responsible for moniroting all HR aspects, training,
compensation & benefit and recruitment function with a medium number of
employee, coordinating with Jakarta office and headquarter (overseas). This
position will have dual reporting line to Country HR Manager - Indonesia and
Regional HR Team - Thailand.
The Requirements of this position are shown below:
· Reputable University graduate from any field, preferable majoring
from Human Resource and Psychology
· Min 3-5 years of related working experience in similar function
preferable from manufacturing industry with hands on experience in compensation
and benefits including payroll
· Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work,
good networking, initiative and foresight skill, interpersonal skill as well as
maintain good relationship with Man Power Department
· Good proficiency in spoken and written English
2. COSTING MANAGER (CM-01-2)
Reporting directly to Plant Controller. Responsible for product costing
management. This position based in East Java.
Requirements:
· Male/female
· Must have min 7 years experiences at least n the same position
· Min bachelor degree from reputable university (Master degree
preferred), related background is necessary
· Preferable experience from manufacturing background
· Able to work independently
· Self motivated and high level of integrity as well as discipline
3. SALES MANAGER (SM-01-3)
The Sales Manager reports directly to Regional Sales Manager, the incumbent
will be responsible to achieve sales, distribution and merchandising targets in
the designated territory. The incumbent should be capable of handling multi
distributors independently, and will be hold responsible to train and advise
multi distributors¢ teams on managing the territory, and to create market
development activity and implement company sales plan as per guidelines.
Qualifications:
· A Reputable University background, preferred in Economics/marketing
or Business Management.
· Minimum 3-4 years extensive and proven experience in sales preferably
in Manufacturing.
· Must have the courage and confidence to face up to challenges thrown
up at the sharp end of the business in the field, and have the competence to win
the respect and confidence of the field force.
· Must act with integrity at all times, and must possess a good working
knowledge in English. Key Account Management / trade marketing will be a
distinct advantage.
· Must be positive minded, determined and be willing to work hard.
He/she must have leadership skills and be a team player. Methodical, systematic
and having a high sense of responsibility, the candidate must display initiative
and good inter-personal skills, able and familiar working with target and
underpressured.
· Excellent communication skill both written and verbal.
· Computer Literate.
· Willing to travel to overseas and other areas within Indonesia region
