PT Donata Agung Perkasa (DAP) is a Human Resources Consultant firm. Currently we are helping our client, an Indonesia national Shipping Company base in Jakarta , to recruit a professional to be positioned as: Crewing Head with following qualifications:
1. Has a strong understanding to manage the crew schedule.
2. Having at least 3-5 years experience in the shipping company/agency.
3. Graduate in any major from a reputable University.
4. Willingness to travel domestic and abroad.
5. Good communication & negotiation skill.
6. Age below 35.
7. Fluent in written and verbal English; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
8. Can work alone or in a team.
