Vacancy Office Coordinator - Jakarta

An established group engineering company one of major player in
mining under the Straits Asia Resources.
Due to rapid expansion in our operations, we are looking for an
experienced and dynamic individual of the below positions to be
placed in Head Office Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in all administration matters such as correspondent, sort
incoming mails and phones, prepare outgoing mails, draft
letters/memos/ circular letter [English to Bahasa Indonesia / Bahasa
Indonesia to English], receiving visitor, filing, etc.
Receive, register, translate [if necessary] and
forwarding/circulat ing to the management/proper departments all
letters from Office Manager.
Prepare data or document for Office Manager, also other related
department and submitting various reports periodically.
Prepare travel arrangement for expatriates at Jakarta Office and Site
Offices.
Handle expense claim for Office Manager and Expatriates.
Arrange Transportation for Office Activities.
Arrange meeting, appointment schedule, and prepared meeting's
materials.
Handle small petty cash.
Direct report to Office Manager.

Required qualifications:
Female, max. 30 years old.
Minimum D3 Secretarial/ Management or equivalent.
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill in both English and
Bahasa Indonesia
Has experienced in working into multinational company minimum 2 [two]
year is advantage.
Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Acrobat Professional
etc.]
Able to work as a team work and independently, under pressure with
minimum supervision.
