Deep understanding in CSS3, HTML5, Flash Animation, Adobe Photoshop.

Ability to establish highly motivated operation team
Fluent in English + Bahasa (written and oral)
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions for designing issues
Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail

Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
