HRD Manager
Qualification:
• Male, 30-40years
• Min. S1 psychology/law
• Min. 5 years experience as HRD Manager in Mining Industry/Recruitment Consulting Industry
• Strong analytical and managerial skills
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Having vision to develop people and organization
• Excellent knowledge in HR Strategic & planning, selection & recruitment, training & development, performance management, personal & employee relation, Indonesian labor laws & regulation, relationship with local government, refereeing disputes, and firing employees
• Able to provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
• Coordinate and control the implementation of recruitment and selection process to ensure available human resource in timely manner and meet the requires qualifications
• Salary negotiable
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
