We are, a private oil & gas services company which located at South Jakarta, require a highly motivated and talented people to fill in the vacant position:
ACCOUNTING & FINANCE SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting:
· Prepare financial report
· Reconciliation
· Input salary journal
· Sales equalization
· Handle audit from government tax office
· Handle anything which is related to accounting matters
Finance:
· Monitoring, analyzing, and taking appropriate action for AR / AP balance due.
· Communicating with vendors on over due problem solving.
· Issue invoices to clients and follow up on payment.
· Maintaining, Updating and remaining the invoice data record for each project.
· Maintain bank relations to ensure best banking services at lowest cost.
· Ensure that the company's internal control procedures are being followed.
· Familiar with cash flow analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
· Have educational background minimum D3 in related major
· Have minimum experience in Accounting & Finance area for 7 years, and have ever held position as Accounting & Finance Supervisor
· Familiar with tax auditing from government tax office
· Diligent & willing to work overtime if needed
