Currently, we open position for SECRETARY AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT to be placed at our head office at Bintaro, for all of you that meet our requirements below.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Reporting to the President Director, providing general secretarial services to him, will be placed at Bintaro
-Checking emails, and communicate by emails, photocopying, scanning & faxing documents
-Making business correspondences in English and Indonesian
-Arranging, maintaining schedule, meetings, appointments, travels for the President Director
-Assisting the President Director in coordinating and planning for trips (official & private), visit programmes, meetings and conferences
-Do hotel bookings, domestic and international bookings
-Filing and do all correspondences, reports, publications and other documents
-Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
