BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – OIL & GAS [BDM-PAP]
Your Main Role and responsibilities will be discussed and agreed from time to time based on companies requirements and will mostly cover the scopes stipulated below, which may be reviewed from time to time with the Head Office :
Preparing market analysis, business plan and propose business opportunities in oil and gas business to head office.
Directly involved in contacting new clients/contacts and coordinate with the existing clients for better cooperation and market share.
Finding the good contacts of networking for the company.
Mapping out the competitors' analysis and propose competitive trading strategy
Arranging the monthly team meeting & visits to prospects including Meeting Scheduling, Agenda & Appointments & Follow Ups.
Getting latest and verified market intelligent news in oil and gas related.
Requirements :
3 years marketing experience minimum
Good Knowledge in Market potential, Market share, Market strategy, Marketing information and decision making.
Good communicator – Excellent command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese (Preferably)
Proactive, Meticulous, responsible and self-motivated.
OPERATION EXECUTIVE – OIL & GAS [OPS-PAP]
Roles :
Contract Drafting and Negotiation with seller and buyer
Provide support to execute Oil & Gas customers air/sea freight shipments
Monitor and ensure shipment´s efficiency and compliance
Act as customer´s key contact point to handle the entire shipment matters and provide solutions when necessary
Handle carrier rates sourcing & prepare for clients´ quotation
Compile and maintain shipment data for management reporting
Dealing with Shipping Documents
Ensure payment documents such as LC to be issued on time
Ad-hoc Operation duties
Requirements :
Candidate must have at least Bachelor Degree in Economy/Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 3 years working experience in related field is required for this position
Fluent English essential as daily contact with traders and internal departments is conducted in English and Indonesian.
Ability to be flexible and work to deadlines and under pressure
Strong communication skills and numeral literacy are very important
Accurate and efficient working style with good attention to detail to complete the daily processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
CORPORATE SECRETARY [SEC-PAP]
Roles :
Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
Provide administrative/secretarial support for various departments/divisions such as answering telephones, assisting visitors and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
Operate desktop computer to compose and edit correspondence and memoranda from dictation, verbal direction and from knowledge of policies of established departments/divisions; prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit and distribute agendas and minutes of numerous meetings.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for supervisors, which also include travel and lodging arrangement
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years working experience in related field is required for this position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills.
Demonstrated diplomacy in dealings with service areas, consultants, and clients.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks (both client and office-related) and work efficiently against deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Indonesian, and Chinese (Preferable)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
Able to start immediately
FINANCE EXECUTIVE – OIL & GAS [FE-PAP]
Roles :
Handling of Accounts Payable/ Accounts receivable/ General Ledger duties
Journal entries for month-end closing
Assist in daily operations of the department
Ad-hoc accounting duties
Requirements :
Candidate must have at least Diploma in Accounting/ Admin or equivalent
Minimum 3 years working experience in related field is required for this position
Knowledge of Quick Book accounting software
Willing to learn and to take on new responsibilities
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to start work immediately
