* Age max 40 years old
* Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in any field (degree of law or technic preferable)
* At least 2years working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Able to write read &speak in English
* Ability to communicate in Mandarin both oral and written (INI HARUS !!)
* Preferably Understanding the term in the field of engineering
* Willing assigned out of town or out of the country
* Assist the owner in meeting with investors and business partners
* Good at building relationships and establishing contacts
* Must be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
* Ability to work cooperatively with others, to be part of a team, to work together, as opposed to working separately or competitively
* Pleasant personality, communicative and highly adaptable to new environment, responsible, creative, quick learner, demonstrates initiative, and excellent teamwork
