World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following position :

 

Capacity for Change Facilitator (Code : CCF)

 

Major Roles :

Manage the establishment of organization culture and change process, this will include bridging for alignment, coherence, and integration with the Regional and International Head Quater change initiatives

 

Qualifications :

 

•

S1 degree, preference ini Management/Psychology

•

1 – 3 years experience in Human Resources Development especially in Competency area

• Preference for the ones who are familiar with INGO area

• Understand Human Resources Management & Organizational Development

• Good facilitation & presentation skill
