8. Preparing Construction Project Delegation, Business Trip Advance, and Training Administration (Training Approval, VISA, Business Advance, Travel Insurance).
9.. Managing document archival
Requirements:
1. Diploma on secretary with minimum 1 year experience in administration related area.
2. Fluent in English (writing and conversation).
3. Computer literate (MS Windows, MS Office).
4. Fast learning.
5. Hardworking.
6. Willing to hire under 3rd party (outsourcing)
