General Requirements:
S1 or Master Degree in Management or Psychology or Law or related majority is regarded as essential along with experience up to minimum 5 years in Senior Human Recourses or Senior Personnel Management from Banking Industry. Maximum age is 45 years with strong knowledge of industrial Relations, Human Behavioral and the Labor Laws. You will directly report to President Director and Director
The applicant should possess flexibility, integrity, decisiveness, and strong interpersonal skills. The accountabilities would be the whole HR and personnel functions as well as to integrate with Labor Union.
