World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following position :
1. Economic Development Specialist (Code : EDS Aceh)
Location : Banda Aceh
Major Roles :
Ensure the quality of the economic development program in the region by providing advice and technical support to ADP.
Qualifications :
- S1 in Economic/Business Management/Agriculture/Fishery
- Min. 5 years experiences in community development program especially in economic development program
- Strong skills on Micro Finance and small enterprises development, familiar with value chain analysis
- Good leadership, communication and advocacy skill
- Good Project Management
- Able to facilitate training with difference audiences background
2. Development Facilitator (Code : DF)
Level : Coordinator
Location : Palu & Donggala
Major Roles :
To serve as catalyst, partnership broker, and builder of the capacity of local partners, facilitating the emergency and strengthening of community-led initiatives improved and sustain the wellbeing of children and their families.
Location : Kupang
Major Roles :
Responsible for the Universal Birth registration's advocacy works at local (ADP) and regional levels in allignment with the global partnership and national office strategies and policies
Qualifications :
- S1 degree in Law, Public Policy, Social Works, or relevant degree
- Min. 2 year experiences in advocacy works; child rights/protection works, familiar to work with local government, be able to speak on child rights with authority
4. Community Development Trainee
Major Roles:
Support Community Development Coordinators in implementation of community based programs.
Qualifications:
- S-1 Degree in any discipline
- Proven organizational experience is a must
- Based in Papua (Jajawijaya, Merauke, Boven Digul, Pantai Kasuari); NTT (Kupang, Sumba Timur/Barat, Flores Timur, Alor, Manggarai, Sikka, Rote); Sulawesi/Maluku (Poso, Halmahera Utara, Ternate); Kalimantan (Pontianak, Sambas, Singkawang); Nias
5. Admin Support Assistant (Code : Adm HR)
Location : Jakarta
Major Roles :
To provide a wide range of administrative support services that include hiring process and monitoring of daily worker employment contract end dates. To maintain efficient office systems and procedures with particular emphasis on filing and communication management.
Qualifications :
- S1 degree with relevant 1 year experience as administrative support
