- Male, maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor in Psychology/Economic Management.
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position.
- Having experience in people and/or organization development.
- Having experience in recruitment for all level.
- Good communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written
presentations).
- Flexible, creative and strong drive.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Computer literate is a must.
