client. With regards to this, our prestigious and well-known MNC
client here in Singapore has an urgent need for a Oracle GL Specialist
for a 1 year renewable contract. Please see details below:
Job Description:
- Supporting and implementation of Oracle Applications production support
- Maintain, tune, monitor and administer Oracle applications databases
and application-tier technology components for both development and
production.
- Collaborate with Head Office Apps DBAs and Oracle Applications
Architects to select and plan the deployment of new technical features
- Database Capacity Planning
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in Oracle Applications DBA / Oracle DBA
- Strong knowledge on Oracle GL/FA/AP
- Oracle application admin especially cloning, backups, patches
- A Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux processing environment
- A Strong knowledge Oracle DB Administration
- Oracle RMAN backup/recovery knowledge
- Financial family product knowledge (and advantage)
- Knowledge on BusinessObjects administration (an advantage)
- Knowledge on IBM Websphere administration (an advantage)
- Backup Software knowledge i.e. Arc-Serve / Tivoli (an advantage)
