Job recruitment HR Generalist in International Oil & Gas Company

Our Client, an international oil & gas company located in
Indonesia is seeking people to fill in position with following
experiences and skills : HR Generalist (HRG - EP)

Key purpose
Provide general HR support to assigned functions/departments

Competencies
- Effective communication and good command of English (verbal and written)
- Good Interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Strong Problem solving and analytical skills
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to set priorities, handle heavy workload and meet aggressive deadlines

Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- 5 years experience in Human Resources
