DEMAND PLANNING ASSISTANT MANAGER (CODE: DPAM)
The job scope includes :
Report to the Demand & Supply Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop/ Manage demand number projection (monthly & weekly basis) which feeds in the supply planning process
- Manage the historical data and do the analysis,
- Manage and analysis supply constraint on daily and weekly basis
- Manage and coordinate inter-functional related to supply and demand discrepancies
- Facilitate & provide input into relevant parts of the S&OP process
- Contribute to the S&OP Process and Continuous improvement of the Process
- Play a lead role in ensuring the supply and demand strategies for new products to be launched and product to be discontinued are handled appropriately
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree from any disciplines with minimum 4-6 year experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment
- Capability & Competencies in ERP system & Data Management
- Prefer have previous experience in Demand Planning Process
- Strong analytical skills
- Leadership and management ability
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a FMCG environment
