Finance / Accounting Function Needed in Medco

PT. Medco Downstream Indonesia, is a national company focuses in production and distribution of dowstream-related industry and renewables energy. We are seeking for active & talented people who has interest as a Finance/Accounting to join with us as:

SUPERVISOR FINANCE (SF), to be placed in Kotabumi, North Lampung.
Main Job:
- Consolidated and examine work plan and annual budget for all department, to the preparation of the consolidated budget of the company.
- Coordinate and reviewing report from the realization of the cost of each department.
- Checking fund availability and procurement funds requested for routine operational needs and purchase feedstock.
- Checking the monthly financial reports and other reports (AR report, Capex, Opex, Project, etc).

REPORTING (RPT), to be placed in Pondok Indah office, South Jakarta.
Main Job:
- Perform and record accruals, inter-company transaction & reconciliation, recurring transaction journal adjustment and other general accounting transactions timely and accurately.
- Perform periodically end of month & end of year closing process, timely and accurately.
- Maintain consolidation rules, parameter and master data.
- Produce timely and accurate consolidation report

COLLECTION (CLS), to be placed in Cakung - Cilincing, North Jakarta.
Main Job:
- Review/identify record of customer payments, before Sales Order is approved.
- Create and publish daily report of Account Receivable (AR) and coordinate the collection of information form the relevant sections.
- Perform collection to the customer allign with standards specified collection firms via phone/email.
- Release issuance of default letter and join visits with sales to customers for the settlement of billing problems.

Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Management/Administration from a reputable university.
- Min. 3 years experience in the same position/responsibility
- Preferably have experience min 3 years in big five public accountant office (RPT)
- Must have driving license A/C (CLS)
- Proficient in SAP is a plus.
