Responsibilities:
  • To perform advanced cost-accounting work covering material and production costs, cost of sales, research and product development, etc.
  • To compare actual costs to estimates and analyze variances.
  • To develop standard cost data and accurate inventory valuations.
  • Accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities.
  • Construct and monitor cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management.
  • Responsible for Data Collection (Construct data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system, Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems).
  • Responsible for Inventory (Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts, Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues, Update standard costs in the bill of materials, Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies, Validate the cost of services sold as part of the month-end close, Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles, Work with materials review board to locate and dispose of obsolete inventory).
  • Responsible for Analysis (Conduct ongoing process constraint analyses, Report on breakeven points, Report on margins by services and division, Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances, Analyze capital budgeting requests, Perform cost accumulation tasks as a member of the target costing group).


Requirements:      
  • Male / Female, age maximum 30 years old.       
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with min GPA 3.00 from well-known university.              
  • Min. 3 years professional experience as Cost Accounting Supervisor / Cost Controller Supervisor preferably from Hospital / Hotel industry.
  • Experienced in KAP (Registered Public Accountant Firm) will be advanced.
  • Have Cost Accounting knowledge and practice: cost structure, cost control and other related field.
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Good capability in math & statistic
  • Good capability in Planning & Organization
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and under-pressured
  • Problem solving skill
