A public affairs and strategic communication company is immediately looking for a Research Consultant and trainee/internship position with the following qualifications:
Research Consultant Requirement:
1. A graduate of International Relations, Public Relations/Communications, and or other relevant majors (preferably Social Sciences) from a reputable university.
2. Experience in dealing with government officials and civil society organizations would be an advantage
3. Knowledege on corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues, and/or experience in managing CSR projects would be an advantage
4. Experience in conducting qualitative research would be an advantage.
5. Good analytical and administerial skills
6. Excellent command of English
7. Initiative & Flexibility
8. Able to work in tight deadline and under pressure
9. Good intercommunication skills and a team player.
10. Computer literate in MS Office applications
Salary would be based on skills and experience.
Trainee position/Internship:
Students in his/her final year of study, preferably majoring in International Relations, Public Relations/Communications with a very good command of English and a strong interest in public policy and lobbying.
Knowledge of the EU institutions and/or international relations is an asset.
Trainees at our company are, amongst others, responsible for media monitoring, research and reporting and assisting the consultants of our firm on various client dossiers.
The position is for a period of 6 months, and is available as from 1 April 2010.
