f. Hotel Background is preferable

g. Technical academy is preferable

Director of Sales

Position Requirements :

* Posses 4 (four) years experience in the similar position at a 4 (four)
star hotel. Any candidate who is interested to apply and has been in the
position of an Assistant DOS is also welcome to send their application
* Identify potential Accounts and business opportunities for the hotel
* Pre-qualify and target Key Accounts, develop appropriate and effective
sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel's market share
* Ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales
solicitation, telephone contact and written communication
* Confers with department heads to discuss and formulate plans for
soliciting business
* Set rate guidelines and parameter to maximize yield of the hotel
* Develop Sales strategies for Feeder cities Sales team and closely
monitor the business achievements from feeder cities
* Accountable for aggressively driving market penetration
* Preparation of marketing plan
* Responsible for developing market strategies and promotions for
domestic and international customer automation
* Financial Budgeting and target chasing for the Department
* Constant monitoring and analysis of market trends and competitors for
business development
