Our Client, Fashion Home Industry (Dian Pelangi) who have a business in Retail and distribution in Fashion Retail is looking for:
GENERAL MANAGER
(Based in Pekalongan - Jawa Tengah)
· Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing team and major projects or initiatives.
· Experience at least 2 years in similar role and at least 2 years of relevant experience in fashion retail industry or department stores.
Willing to allocate in headquarter Dian Pelangi in Pekalongan.
Excellent interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills and a collaborative management style.
Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
Knowledge of tax and other compliance implications of non-profit status
· Proficient in Ms Office application and emails
· Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done ( Able to Motivate people )
· Proficient in written and spoken English
· Delegate responsibilities effectively
