They are looking for: Industrial Relationship & Employee Relationship Assistant Manager.This is an urgent position and they need someone immediately and will be place in Bekasi and Cilegon
Requirement :
-Male/Female, max. 40 years old.
-Bachelor Degree (S1) Psychology / Law
-Working experience min. 5 years in IR & Employee Relationship
-Familiar with Labor Law, Industrial Relation, HSE
-Able to work under pressure
-Good leadership and communication
Remunerations;
Salary: 8 – 15 Million Gross (THR: 1x Salary, Year End Bonus, Transport allowance on cost, Meal provided by company)
