Tax Accountant
Responsibility - Prepare the monthly tax return for :
- Value Added Tax & follow up the VAT refund process.
- Withholding Tax Article 21/26; 22; 23/26; and 25
- Prepare reconciliation/equalisation of income
- Checking and validating the supplier's tax invoices to ensure that it comply with the finance procedure & policy, legal and local tax regulation
- Prepare monthly calculation of fiscal fixed asset depreciation & amortizations.
- Provide data monthly expatriate's utilities/allowance for calculation art 21/26.
- Prepare calculation of monthly/quarterly /annually corporate income tax and deferred income tax.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliation for tax related accounts.
- Maintain the compliance through continuously update to the new tax rules & regulations.
- Handle query from third party related to tax and discuss with Finance Manager (including assisting in transfer pricing studies).
- Follow up the tax audit (if any).
- To assure tax reporting number and general ledger accounts tie up, participate in monthly accounting cycle, monthly account closing
Qualifications - Male or Female, max. 35 years old
- Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university, with GPA min 3.00
- Holding brevet certificates A,B,C more preferable
- Proficiency in the preparation of corporate tax returns
- Minimal 3 years experience as a tax accountant/consultant
- Knowledgeable user in e-SPT and Microsoft Office is highly desirable
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
