Our office is air charter company, located in Halim Perdanakusuma, East Jakarta is currently seeking a secretary to replace the secretary of the operations manager who will be on maternity leave (4 months) in the middle of August 2010 with the following requirements :
- Proficiency in English both oral and written is a MUST
- Computer literate on Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,Excel) internet, and correspondences, secretarial duties ;
- Diploma degree - majoring in Secretary ;
- Min. 2 year experience as a Secretary ;
- Able to manage business travel
- High initiative
- Very good in filling.
- Willing to work immediately (July 2010 )
