Looking for a marketing admin assistant

A multi-national telecommunication company is looking for a marketing admin assistant to a Marketing Dept Head in its Jakarta office, with the following qualifications:

- Female or male with pleasant personality, min D3 from a reputable secretarial academy

- Age between 23-25 years old

- Min 1 year experience as a secretary or admin assistant

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

- Literate in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with the internet or the use of email

- Fast learner, hard worker, self motivated, energetic and discipline
