ACCOUNTABILITIES
Objective Setting
-  Cascade clear objectives that are consistent with company goals for
each distributor / dealer
-  Develop distribution footprint – distributor account planning and
new account development
-  Achieve distribution and sales execution objectives
-  Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions
-  Build relationships with dealers and key customers in the region
-  Represent Motorola at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations -
Tracking Measures and Problem Solving
-  Gathering market and customer information:  sell-thru / sell-out
reporting, inventory reporting
-  Review progress versus objectives weekly and take corrective action
as appropriate -
Coaching Activities
-  Build capability of distributor team through coaching activities
-  Conduct product training to distributor / dealer as required -

Skills

•         Strong communication skill (in English, Chinese and
Malay)supported by good analytical and robustpresentation skills
Knowledge and Experience
•         University graduate or above
•         6-8 years of experience in a similar role
•         A demonstratedtrack record of working effectively in
cross-functional teams
