Requirements:

* Male, age 30 - 40 years old
* Hold S1 degree majoring in Business Admin Management/Law
* Minimum 3 years managerial experience as HRD Manager in a Manufacturing Company
* Good understanding of Labor Law
* Has experience dealing with Labor Union and factory security
* Familiar with immigration visa application and relevant permits for a manufacturing company
* Computer literate (MS Office) and able to improve computerized payroll system
* Able to speak and write in English and has good interpersonal and communication skills
