Responsibilities:
* The jobholder is responsible to provide support to growing trade services business and managing borrowing & non-borrowing accounts and liabilities.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
* Has minimum 3 year experiences in banking industry
* Possess good knowledge of both whole Exports & Imports operations and products
* Able to meet Trade Services service standards by processing the increasing volume of transactions
* Able to meet the target to actively contribute on sales activity and manage customer queries and complaint professionally
* Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* Interest working with details and possess high degree of accuracy
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
* Willing to be stationed in Surabaya area
