Di PT. Surya Mustika Nusantara, MANAGEMENT TRAINEE akan belajar peran, fungsi dan aktifitas seluruh lini/Departemen dengan penekanan pada lini Sales dan Marketing. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE bertanggung jawab untuk mengikuti setiap pelatihan serta penugasan yang diberikan selama masa pelatihan dan setelahnya. Selama masa pelatihan, peserta akan dievaluasi dengan ketat dalam setiap aktifitas kelas, diskusi, presentasi serta karya tulis. Pembekalan dan evaluasi para peserta MANAGEMENT TRAINEE akan dilakukan oleh para mentor yang berasal dari tim Senior Manajemen hingga Direksi. Peserta akan mengikuti pelatihan kelas dan pelatihan kerja baik dilapangan maupun aktifitas kantor dengan langsung beraktifitas, bekerja dan bertanggung jawab pada setiap jabatan yang diemban secara rotasi didalam program ini. Responsibilities:

Providing a financial report and fiscal reconciliation.
Providing E-SPT, PPh and PPn report.
Prepare annual tax planning and review it monthly.
Ensuring fiscal and custom audit well coordination with third party/ government institution.
Supervise the Tax staffs.

Requirements:

Male/ Female, 30-35 years old.
S1 of Accountancy/ D3 of Tax.
Knowledge of Tax procedure and regulations.
Familiar and able to operate E-SPT.
Hold certificate of Brevet A, B and C.
Initiative with high drive, motivation, and commitment as a vigilant leader.
Reporting such as General Ledger, journal, tax analysis, reconciliation.
Preferable have experience from plantation company or tax consultant with minimum 3 years experience in supervisor level.
